The Formational Fitness Framework

A 12-Week Path For Purpose-Driven ProvidersCarrying Silent Burnout

"Fitness is about showing up fully for our lives."

The Problem
You're Not Showing Up At Your Best. But You Want To.

Between work, marriage, kids, calling — you've placed yourself on the back burner, and somewhere along the way you lost respect for yourself. You care so much about everyone else that you've forgotten to care for you.

And the harder you try to hold it all together, the more you feel like you're running on fumes.

Taking my son out to breakfast. Doing my best. Still running on fumes.

17 Years In Fitness — And Last Year I Still Burned Out.

Marriage, family, ministry, a full-time job, a business — I've got a lot on my plate. Last year I got lost in the narrative of too busy, not enough time, not enough energy, not enough — period.

Holding my newborn son

The day my son was born. I promised myself I'd finally make the changes. I didn't — not until burnout forced a full stop first.

When I got the chance to pause a few things, I used it to build the frameworks and systems that would let me carry the load when they came back. That's where this program was birthed. In the trenches.

I'm still carrying all the same responsibilities. But how I carry them — and how I show up for my wife and kids — is drastically different than it was a year ago. That's what this program will help you do: see your life in a way that lets you thrive in it, not just survive.

My marriage is one of the clearest proofs this actually works.

The Proof
Same Load. Different Man.

Not a before-and-after built for a highlight reel. Two ordinary mornings with my kids, about a year apart.

Before
Before — running on fumes, manufacturing the energy for morning playtime
After
After — a rhythm in place, genuinely present without having to manufacture it

On the left, I remember making another espresso just to manufacture the energy to enjoy morning play time. On the right, almost a year of living this Framework later — no manufacturing required.

The Philosophy
The Body Is A Vehicle For Purpose.

By aligning our health and wellbeing with purpose, we develop an unshakeable "why," and realize that fitness doesn't compete with the other areas of life — it sustains them.

Define Your Why
What do you want, and why? Determine that now. It'll anchor you through the whole program.

"I help purpose-driven providers with silent burnout reclaim the physical and mental capacity to lead themselves and their families well — through Capacity Coaching: sustainable, value-based programming paired with the deeper work of intentional formation."
